- State criminal history: Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division and its Criminal History Conviction Name Search or fingerprint-based personal review.
- Police reports: contact the sheriff, constable, Clifton Police, Meridian Police, Valley Mills Police, or Texas DPS office that created the report.
- Expunction: file a qualifying petition through the court under Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Chapter 55A; the District Clerk can provide filing procedure, not legal advice.
